I'm just an old bloke who has been around the block a few times and around the world a few times.

I was in TPNG from June 1968 until Sept. 1971 and lived a charmed life there in some incredible surroundings. Although I began with CRA in Panguna, most of my time was spent with the Dept. of Posts & Telegraphs, beginning as a Telegraphist and ending as a Senior Communications Officer, functioning as Supervisor of Telecommunications in several Telegraph Offices.

My working journey took me through Panguna, Rabaul, Kavieng, Goroka, Madang, Samarai and Wewak. I was 20 years old when I arrived in TPNG and 24 when I went finish.

It is doubtful that anyone would remember me given the transience of my life in TPNG. If anyone might, I was a very young-looking man with a Canadian accent.
